At Vital Affair, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@vitalaffair.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Shipping times for exchanges may vary based on your location. For returns over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
