You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

This product appears to be of good quality. It smells exactly how I expected it too, goes on thick, and appears to absorb well. This makes me very happy. Especially when you consider it is certified organic! I also appreciate that it comes in a dark glass bottle to keep chemicals from leaching into the product and that's exactly why I'm not going to be using the pump. I prefer the bottles that come with an eye dropper that's made of glass too. I mean, why introduce something plastic after going to all of the trouble to put certified organic products in a glass bottle?Anyway, overall this appears to be a wonderful product, but I recommend you get the larger 16 ounce bottle because it comes at a better price point. This 8 ounce bottle was about $2.50 per ounce when I ordered it, but the 16 ounce bottle is selling for only about $1.69 per ounce. The amazing thing is that price is cheaper than a lot of the non-organic brands!I do recommend this product and I would definitely order it again in the larger size.

This is definitely 100% pure castor oil. It comes in a nice glass bottle, and you get 8 fl oz. It comes with a pump to make it easier to measure out certain amounts for different purposes. I got this particular castor oil because I saw online that you should look for castor oil that is organic, extra virgin, hexane-free, and 100% pure cold-pressed, in a glass bottle. This castor oil satisfies all those requirements. Considering the quality of the castor oil, the price is very reasonable!

I'd never used Castor Oil before. I've been Extremely Pleased !!I use it on my face to fight off the crows and my neck to fightoff the turkey's!! Not anything fowl about my review!! ;)But Seriously, I'm Very pleased with this purchase!!Oh, I almost forgot, I no longer use hair gel! Just a dab of this oil mix with water and holds my hair in place with now flakey reside gel can cause!
